A binder is installed in your condo with photos showing housekeepers and guests were everything is - making sure each time that your items are where YOU want them to be placed. A cleaning checklist is provided so that you’ll never question what is being done. Your condo is promoted on our Facebook page and when available, your booking link is shared when we find guests looking for a vacation rental.
We can help take care of all the bells and whistles with our customizable add on package so that you don’t get nickeled and dimed. We have a rolodex with top contractors in the area. You’ll get immediate communication from us when we enter the condo to let you know if there has been damage.
